Specialty Marketplaces with Champagne, Cognac, and California Wine. Priced from $3.00 - $25.00. The Terrace between France and Morocco has over 140 selections.

Two Gourmet Markets feature themed merchandise, gourmet food products, and cookbooks from visiting chefs.

Culinary Demonstrations, History of Beer in America, Wine Tastings, Seminars, and Exhibitions, and Kids' Activities are all part of the festivities.
