I’m also here right now. Totally agree on weather, but I’ve found crowds very manageable. DAK today was a downright delight–Flight of Passage was a walk-on late afternoon (as was everything else, but that’s far less notable).

For what it’s worth, we were at WDW in April 2024 as the Springtime Surprise Races were going on. We didn’t notice anything crazy regarding the crowds during that weekend.

The October race could be different, given the proximity to Halloween, coupled with the party nights at Magic Kingdom.

And the weather was almost unbearable some days! My 40th birthday will be December 7th 2028 so may need to highly consider the two weeks post thanksgiving in 2028 for our next trip!
