In reply to Tara. No, not really. Destination D23 is very small in the grand scheme of things, and most event attendees will be doing the event. I do think D23 will have an outsized impact on demand for Beak & Barrel, but that's super low capacity as compared to Magic Kingdom as a whole.

We are heading to WDW next week. Would you expect the D23 crowd to have an impact on MK on Friday, the 29th? We were hoping to use that as our Magic Kingdom day as it is a party day.

Wow – we were in WDW last week with low crowds and temperatures in the 80s. (Even the brief afternoon thunderstorms went out of their way to hit while we were in an attraction or back at the resort.)

Not taking any lessons from our short trip. But it was such a pleasant surprise.

Disney should open the former Wonders of Life pavilion at Epcot this summer. Guests would enjoy a large air conditioned space to escape the heat and humidity. TDS has its Mermaid Lagoon area with simple attractions in a covered space that families seem to love.
