We’re doing the 6 days for 5 day price this summer. At Cabana Bay, it also included the $300 meal credit and $200 off. Which is just a steal. We’re going in the middle of summer and decided to do exactly what you said, take a slow pace. We looked at staying at a Deluxe to get the Unlimited Express pass, or even the VIP tour. But the 6 day option for 5 day pricing promo worked out the cheapest. And now we can take our time, visit in the morning, head back and swim in the lazy river and maybe head back in the evenings if we feel like it. Hoping this slower pace will allow us to truly enjoy this trip, instead of trying to cram everything at Universal Orlando into 2/3 days at max temps.

Universal where’s the one-day family of 4 pack deal? We just need one day to try Epic but prices right now are prohibitive. Or what about what Disney does with a free waterpark day? Either with Epic ticket or with a one-night resort stay?

That sounds like a good deal, we only did universal orlando once around covid and thought it was ok but preferred Disney- although the harry potter lands were amazing.
We haven’t tried epic yet because it seems to be overcrowded with not enough attractions leading to ridiculous wait times. That being said a deal similar to this might make us consider it next year.
