our annual wdw trip i fast approaching-less than 2 weeks away.
This year we have a new hoop to jump through. I’m a newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic. Need to find out if there is any way to get carb counts for entrees at the Polynesian (excluding plain meat and burgers) so my doctor can adjust my meds. Emailed “disney special diets, haven’t heard back. Don’t want to exist on water for a week!! Any one who can help?

My wife and I are planning a trip in 2025 the week prior to Thanksgiving. This is her first time and my second. We will be going to 1 park per day during weekdays, though our stay is a bit longer as we planned in rest days as well. In regard to Magic Kingdom, if our choice is Monday if the park closes early at 6p, or Thursday when it may be open later, which is your preference? In terms of crowds and wait times. Missing out on fireworks is not a deal breaker for us and a 6p closing is fine with us as we get up early anyway and are staying at a Disney property.
